Hamilton, Bermuda 22 June 2023 – The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) announces an information session scheduled for Thursday, June 29, from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm at the BEDC Main office at 48 Church Street, Sofia House, 1st Floor. The session aims to empower potential Cooperative Developers by offering a comprehensive overview of the BEDC’s cooperative business education process.
The program offers an opportunity for those seeking to influence the local economy through the development of cooperative businesses. Selected candidates, following an 8-week flexible educational series of workshops, will have the ability to develop a locally-focused coop business plan, creating inclusive opportunities and identifying innovative methods of meeting emerging needs or capturing new market opportunities.
