BEDC is looking to identify potential food entrepreneurs desirous of renting an underutilised commercial kitchen facility on a scheduled basis. BEDC’s goal is to bridge commercial kitchen owners/managers with interested users to develop this pilot program; providing entrepreneurs with
an affordable, quality work environment to support their business start-up or expansion. BEDC’s intention is to play a project management/performance measurement role to ensure that all party expectations are met on an ongoing basis.
All Department of Health approved kitchens in our program vary in size. Be sure the one you choose has enough storage space and the equipment and appliances you need for the type of food prep you are planning to do.
