DIRECTOR OF MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISE
Ray Lambert overseas the day to day operation of the MSME Unit for BEDC. As the Director of MSME he manages the day-to-day operation of the MSME Unit and performs complex consultative and technical work in the planning, development, and implementation of the unit’s business development programs. He manages and facilitates the execution of internal and external projects and products as well as develops proposals on entrepreneurship and business startup, business sustainability, and business growth matters and liaise with individual business owners, managers and the business community at large to coordinate feedback on policy proposals generated by the Government of Bermuda. Ray attended Brewster Academy in New Hampshire and later Glassboro State College in New Jersey where he earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Ray’s experience is a combination of owning and operating his own business, Windjammer Enterprises and business development in the tourism and hospitality industry in which he played an integral role in the development of Snorkel Park in Dockyard.
