Stay Compliant, Stay in Business: Your Legal Essentials
A BEDC Lunch & Learn
Running a business in Bermuda comes with a set of legal requirements that every owner needs to understand. Staying on top of them protects your business, avoids costly penalties and puts you in a stronger position to grow.
Join BEDC’s MSME Unit for a practical lunchtime session covering the four compulsory obligations every Bermuda business must meet. You’ll learn what each obligation involves, who it applies to and how to stay up to date throughout the year.
We’ll also be joined by the Department of Social Insurance, who will walk through social insurance requirements for business owners and employers, including your responsibilities for yourself and your staff.
There will be time for questions, so bring anything you’ve been unsure about. Whether you’re just getting started or have been operating for years and want to make sure everything is in order, this session is for you.
