SailGP Info Session: Vendor & Small Business Opportunities

BEDC is excited to be able to connect opportunities with Bermuda’s local small and medium businesses and as such is raising awareness on the opportunities available from the upcoming SailGP Event which will take place in Bermuda on May 14 and 15, 2022.

As part of the SailGP Steering Committee, we are pleased to partner with the Bermuda Tourism Authority and SailGP to host a series of information sessions on the vendor and service provision opportunities SailGP is looking to fill.

SailGP is looking to contract a series of individuals and/or organisations in select categories for the Bermuda Grand Prix presented by Hamilton Princess which will take place on May 14-15, 2022. SailGP has issued an RFP to identify Supplier/Vendors (“Suppliers”) in the following categories:

Staff services:

• Food and Beverage – Crew Catering
• Laundry
• Transportation – Airport transfers, Transfers between site and hotels

Event Village services:

• Local Entertainers – Singers, Musicians, DJs, Presenters, Performing Arts, Commentators
• Food and Beverage Vendors
• Retail Vendors
• Furniture Vendors
